ANALYSIS OF USED OIL:

The system of Analysis of oils in use is focused on areas which identify the state of the equipment and the state of the lubricant. It consists of the taking of lubricant samples in predetermined periods and with established methods, and sending them to a lab to be analysed. These progressive reports allow the determination of tendencies and the setting up of a predictive maintenance program. Based on the results obtained, within or outside the expected limits for the type of equipment and lubricant, together with the service condition, it is possible to take a decision about Maintenance and Operation of the Equipment.
